Commitment + Hard Work = Health
Hungry for Health had the privilege of presenting a National Nutrition Month 2017 "Lunch and Learn" at the Government Center in Viera Florida for Brevard County employees sponsored by Cigna Health Insurance. Their Health Coach Simone was incredible to work with and her enthusiasm to support the needs of the clients she serves definitely was palpable in all aspects of this exciting event! Kudos to both Cigna & Brevard County for offering unique educational sessions as part of their work site wellness programs.
We learned about patient centered nutrition and health goal setting from the foundation that "healthy is an outfit that looks different on every body" ....
